NearBG provides free, browser-based background removal using an on-device machine learning model. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, store, or transmit your images.
Background removal is automated and probabilistic (not perfect edge detection) — results vary by image and are not guaranteed to be pixel-accurate, especially around fine detail like hair. Review the result before relying on it.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearBG and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from use of the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to process images you do not have the right to process.
